Ever dish ordered was delicious, the fried and fresh spring rolls, the pad Thai, the pho, the curry, everything was stellar and delicious. My new favorite Thai food place. Can't wait to try the Oxtail soup!

My new go to spot for Pho. Had the oxtail it was so delicious. The oxtail was cooked perfectly, the veggies were fresh and the soup was touched with all the aromatics you hope for in a lip smacking bone broth. The owner even helped me carry my order to the car which was my favorite little touch. We don't have a lot of real restaurants in alaska with genuine hospitality, so it's refreshing to know that Pho Vatsana is here to stay. Cheers guys you deserve it...

Enjoyed the spring rolls, chicken satay, beef pho, Tom yum, and pad thai! Tasted amazing!! Will be back! Plus their mascot dog was great! Authentic and fresh flavors! I've been to many pho places in Alaska and the lower 48, but this one is top knotch! Our server Sam was attentive and responsive!

So far the best Thai/pho I have found in the Valley! FRESH spring rolls: actually Fresh ingredients. you can taste the difference. and rice papers were not like glue. They were freshly made which has not been my experience at other places. Pho Thai: delicious broth and fresh quality veg, chili crisp and all the fixings readily available at the table. Great service and clean restaurant. I will be coming here again.

Tried out Pho Vatsana in Wasilla and was pleasantly surprised! The food was solid—my oxtail pho had great flavor, and my son really enjoyed his chicken fried rice. The place was clean, and the service was good. Prices are a little higher than some of the Anchorage pho spots, but it’s worth it for the convenience of having a tasty Vietnamese option close to home. My wife ordered the vegetable spring rolls and they didn't taste as she was expecting so i ended up eating them (win for me). It was wife and middle son’s first time at a Vietnamese restaurant. They're a bit picky and still adjusting to new flavors, but they both ended up liking the rice (even if they thought it had too many onions—I happily added those to my pho ). Overall, it’s a great spot to grab some comfort food. I’m glad to have it nearby and will definitely be back when I’m craving pho again.

Got to meet the owner and his friendly 4-legged son, Scooby! The owner made sure everything was to our liking. Best Pad Thai my husband has ever had! I enjoyed my Pad See Ew!! Beautiful presentation with so much flavor! Large portions, so we had leftovers to take home. Our first of many trips back to enjoy a meal and friendly service!

Rediscovered this place and am very happy to! Used to go here with my family years ago, but I don't frequent it as often because the location is a little out of my way compared to previous living locations. The other reason why I think I hadn't tried it in a while is because on their menu, it doesn't openly say that tofu is an option for curry, it just says choose chicken, pork, beef, or shrimp. But tofu is an option on another menu item so I asked and they were happy to replace it on their Mama's Chicken Curry that I ordered. In the past when I had looked up menus I thought they didn't have tofu as an option so then decided to go somewhere else, but they definitely do have it so anyone that doesn't eat meat or prefers tofu don't skip on this place! They can replace tofu for other dishes as well. We got spring rolls for an appetizer and their spring rolls are some of the better in the valley I think. Their presentation is really nice and the sauce is very good, more on the vinegary tangy side which I prefer over a peanut-y sauce. They also include 8 spring rolls instead of 6 which is nice. They are a little thinner but sometimes that's nice because they're easier to eat. I ordered the Mama's Chicken Curry and replaced chicken with tofu. The flavor of the curry was really good. Rivals my other favorite thai curry in the valley (Pho Lucky). I really need to try their red and green varieties. Plenty of veggies and a big portion enough for 2 meals. My husband got their pad thai and thai tea and really enjoyed it. Their service is really good here too, they are very friendly and prompt. Also they are open on Sunday! I always find myself craving thai food on Sundays but most of the places in the valley aren't open. Highly recommend!

First time coming here and i absolutely loved it!! I got the Pho Thai and the broth was so flavorful, my boyfriend ordered the “Two golden girls” and that was amazing too. Really big portions and affordable prices. The owner was really friendly and fun to talk to :) definitely recommend this place but DO NOT TAKE THE SPICE LEVELS LIGHTLY. We ordered a level 3/5 and honestly I don’t even want to think about what a 5 would be..
